River Heights City residents have expressed concerns about continual dog barking during the day and night, which is against our city ordinance. (See 5-1-2, Disturbing the Peace, 5-4-5, Noise as a Nuisance and 5-2-5:H.6) To report a barking dog, call Dispatch at 716-9400. Violaters can be cited.
River Heights City has canceled their November 3, 2015 election, due to having had three candidates file for three vacant seats.
