Public Hearing – Impact Fee Update

The River Heights City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 6:50 p.m. to hear comments on the adoption of updated impact fees.  The meeting will be held in the River Heights Building located at 520 S 500 E, River Heights.   Written comment will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.

Ordinance Changes

The City Council recently adopted a few changes to the City Code, which includes the addition of a section on solicitor licensing.

T-BALL

Sign-ups will begin April 1 on our website.  Space is limited.  When the spots are full, it will close.

T-ball is for children aged 3-5.  Cost is $20 for RH residents, $25 otherwise.  Games are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in June.

Planning Commission Public Hearing

 

The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 15, 2017 at 7:05 p.m. to hear comments concerning an application from Craig and JoDean Bailey of 247 S 800 E, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep four dogs.

The hearing will be held at the City Building, located at 520 S 500 E.  Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Mark Malmstrom and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
