The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. to hear comments concerning an application from Jeff Smith, Hollee Petersen and Grace Edwards of 685 E 600 S, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs. The hearing will be held at the City Building, located at 520 S 500 E, in person or through Zoom. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.

River Heights City Council Vacancy
The River Heights City Council will be taking names of interested persons to fill a seven month term (June – December 2015) on the City Council.
The vacancy will be filled at City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and be held at the River Heights City Office Building at 520 S 500 E.
Interested persons must submit their name to Recorder Sheila Lind by Tuesday, May 26 at 12:00 noon.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a United States citizen;
- Be a registered voter of the City;
- Be a resident of River Heights City for at least 365 consecutive days; and
- Not be a convicted felon, unless the right to hold elective office has been restored.

The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, March 3, 2015: 1) Ray Hunsaker, of 720 Mountain View Drive and Paul Tullis, of 815 Stewart Hill Dr, have applied for a Conditional Use Permit from River Heights City to run a small non-profit business out of Bill Carson’s storage garage located at 708 E 600 S, River Heights. Mr. Hunsaker and Tullis make humanitarian toys. 2) Troy Siddoway, of 119 West 730 North, Logan has also applied for a Conditional Use Permit from River Heights to run a small business in the same location. Mr. Siddoway and his mother make art murals out of fossil stone. The hearings will be held at the River Heights City Building, 520 S 500 E and begin at 7:05 p.m. Written comment will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting, addressed to Commission Chair Rex Davidsavor.
