The River Heights City Appeal Authority will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 5:30 pm to entertain a request from Robert Kraus of 562 East 600 South, to add a deck on to the back southwest corner of his home (upper level), at 6 1/2 feet from his property line (city code requires 10 feet). The hearing will be held in the City Office Building at 520 South 500 East. Written comment will be accepted up until noon on the date of the hearing at the same address.
