The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 19, 2017 starting at 7:00 p.m. to hear comments regarding Ridgeview Park Subdivision Sketch Plan (Chugg and LDS Church properties), which includes 56 single-family lots, 52 active adult single family lots and 68 town homes. The layout can be viewed here.
The hearing will be held at the City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Mark Malmstrom and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
