River Heights City Planning Commission
Notice of Public Hearing
The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. to hear comments concerning: 1) A request from Charlotte Johnson, of 560 River Heights Blvd, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs and, 2) A request from Curtis and Margie Oakden, of 676 Summerwild Ave, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep four dogs.
The hearings will be held at the City Building, located at 520 S 500 E, in person or through Zoom. Written comment can be addressed to Commission Chair Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
