Notice of Public Hearing
The River Heights City Appeal Authority will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 21,2022 at 7:00 pm to entertain a request from Chris Morgan of 661 East 500 South, to build a deck covering in the rear yard of his property, which doesn’t meet current code setbacks. The hearing will be held in the City Office Building at 520 South 500 East. Written comment will be accepted up until noon on the date of the hearing at the same address.
