Decorate a sidewalk square as an individual or a group anytime during Thursday or Friday along  the north or east sides of Heber Olson Park. The top five contestants will receive prizes.
Judging will begin @ 7 PM, Friday, August 22nd.
Winners will be announced @ 8 PM Friday, August 22nd
