The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 8, 2020 at 6:05 pm to discuss a conditional use permit request from Jake and Erica Zollinger, for approval to build a 18’x36’ in-ground swimming pool in their backyard. They will install a 6’ non-climbable fence with a locked gate for security. The meeting will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comment, addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
