River Heights City Planning Commission
Notice of Public Hearing for Boundary Adjustment
Nicholas Larson, of 490 S 970 E, has applied to River Heights City for a Boundary Adjustment to square off his south property line next to the property where Tai and Aleyda Luu reside. A public hearing will be held April 13, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., at which time the Planning Commission will discuss the request. The meeting will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comment, addressed to Commission Chair Levi Roberts, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
